STYLUS FOR PIONEER PL-516 PL 516 PL516 TURNTABLE

The Pioneer PL-516 PL 516 PL516 turntable was fitted with a Pioneer PC-135 PC135 phono cartridge and a Pioneer PN-135 PN135 needle stylus. A photo of the stylus replacement is supplied above. The color of the stylus varies. Please verify and use this as a guide only since the cartridge and stylus may have been changed through the years.

If the stylus above differs from what you have, then it means you no longer have the fitted cartridge. For us to assist you further, we need the cartridge brand and model number. This info is usually inscribed on the cartridge and stylus.

Bingo....

The PN-110 stylus (a replacement needle for a vintage Pioneer PL-516 turntable) plays great. I also ordered a PN-135 needle that is suppose to be the original (OEM part) for the 1977 PL-516 turntable. The PN-110 is playing so we’ll...that I have not tried the PN-135 to this date. LP Tunes was the second vendor that I tried to get these needles from. The first vendors product, looked the same and had the same product number. But cause some “platter-chatter.” Not the case with the LP Tunes needles. Will only order through LP Tunes from now on. A solid recommendation here for LP Tunes.

ViVid Line replacement for Shure m97xe cartridge

The stylus is amazing. The original stylus needed some adjustments. It was a bit harsh in the mid to higher. The new ViVid Line is awesome. No need to EQ needed. Everything pops out and doesn't cause fatigue. Nice lows, mids, and highs. If you what to replace/ update you Shure m97xe, this is it. Maybe a bit pricey but well worth it.

This replacement stylus has the same dimensions as the original, and fit perfectly. My vinyl records sounds wonderful now.

It's The Correct Belt.

Not much to say. The Previous belt became brittle and snapped, and I'm sure this one will too, one day. But for now, It's exactly what my record player needed.
