Shipping & Handling

We try our best to be swift, but cannot guarantee same day shipping. Usually, orders take an average of 1-2 business days to process before being shipped. Sometimes it could take longer when an unexpected bounce in orders exceed our production capacity. Processing orders consists of reviewing the order, receiving the payment, preparing the product(s), then packaging and delivering the order to the carrier. Please note we do not ship to any freight forwarding company.

The cost of shipping and handling is determined by internal factors and shipping rates. We make every attempt to find the most cost effective and secure method for shipping depending on how quickly you want to receive your shipment. Shipping quoted is not final, and may be adjusted for additional services for security, insurance, and documented delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery time is determined by the shipping courier, and therefore an ETA can not be given. Keep in mind all holidays, when postal services may be closed, could impact delivery times.

International orders will have longer shipping delays due to customs clearance and local delivery service. We do not process orders on weekends and U.S. holidays.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Risk of loss or damage to any product during transit is the customer's. In the event a product is damaged or lost during transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier.
