Shipping & Handling
We try our best to be swift, but cannot guarantee same day shipping. Usually. orders take an average of 1-2 business days to process before being shipped. Sometimes it could take longer when an unexpected bounce in orders exceed our production capacity. Processing orders consists of reviewing the order, receiving the payment, preparing the product(s), then packaging and delivering the order to the carrier.
The cost of shipping and handling is determined by internals factors and shipping rates. We make every attempt to find the most cost effective and secure method for shipping depending on how quickly you want to receive your shipment.
Delivery time is given in business days. A business day is a non-holiday weekday (Monday through Friday). All shipping times are approximate. They are based on carrier expected ship times and our own experience.
Normally, orders within the US take additional 2-5 business days to arrive. With Covid-19, unexpected long delays are possible. International orders will have longer shipping delays due to customs clearance and local delivery service. We do not process orders on weekends and holidays.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Risk of loss or damage to any product during transit is the customer's. In the event a product is damaged or lost during transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier.
