STYLUS FOR AKAI AP-003C AP 003C AP003C TURNTABLE

The Akai AP-003C AP 003C AP003C turntable was fitted with an Akai PC-150 PC150 phono cartridge and an Akai RS-150 RS150 needle stylus. A photo of the stylus replacement is supplied above. This stylus requires and will only fit the original Akai PC-150 PC150 phono cartridge. The color of the stylus varies. Please compare with your stylus and use this as a guide only since the cartridge and stylus may have been changed through the years.

Do not order the above stylus if it looks different from what you have or your stylus is missing. Instead, look at the info and marking on the existing cartridge and stylus and provide these to us. We need the brand and model number. Photos will also be helpful.

Great Item Great Price

Item was great, priced fairly. Customer Service contact could have been better.

Tough to Beat at the Sale Price

This cart/stylus combo is an improvement on the giant slayer AT-3600L with the carbon fiber cantilever and conical stylus. It adds the more refined elliptical stylus to the same cantilever and body. A sale price of 35 bucks is a no brainer. At regular price of 75, I'd probably go with the stock configuration for a third of that, then upgrade the stylus to the Vividline stylus, which is a world beater combo for 100 bucks..

Replacement for Pfanstiehl 767-DED 767DED needle stylus

Just humble

It was the exact stylus and I received it in a reasonable amount of time

A notable boost in sound.

The new needle points out details I hadn't heard in my records with the stock equipment. The sound is much fuller and clearer. The new belt definitely steadied out the speed. If you own an AT-LP60 and aren't in the market to get a whole new turntable, this is the way to go.
