First, the product I wanted was out of stock but LP Cristina communicated immediately and assisted in getting an alternate product. Then, I received a defective stylus which "shattered" when trying to place it on the cartridge. Meghan helped me with this and was very helpful and non-judgemental about the issue. So, companies and products will always have trouble from time-to-time but the measure of a good company is how they respond to those probelms. LP....A+

Haven’t had to use it yet I don’t see any reason to replace the one in use currently. Got for a back up just in case.

Installed the belt yesterday seems to be fine. Amazing how much the old belt stretched out from the new one.

Bought an old dusty turntable at a garage sale and stylus broke and fell apart. Took a chance and ordered a new one and am listening to vinyl again
