This Jico N97xE stylus was a worthy replacement for a worn stylus on my RXT5 cartridge. It is mounted on an LAB-500 turntable, into a Harman Kardon 730 Twin, playing through all original Micro Acoustics FRM-1AX speakers. The separation, the transients, the clarity, it is all just incredible. This is the best this system as ever sounded. This is classic vintage audio at its best! Kudos to the customer support team who recommended this stylus. I could not be happier!
I was refurbishing my childhood turntable and LP tubes was the only distributor that seemed to carry the appropriate drive belt. After installing it and lubricating several components, my records are playing at perfect BPM again. Works just like it did new in 2004!
I wasn't sure if my SHURE V15-typell cartridge was still in good condition and I decided to go to LP TUNE for a stylus replacement to test it. LP TUNE is reputable, always has what I'm in need of, has fast reliable service, and always at the best reasonable prices. So, I got the VN-15E, and YES the cartridge is still in great shape! Next, the SAS-B, and of course, from LP TUNE.
Arrived quickly, pretty niche stylus. Works great, fair price. LP tunes is a solid resource for vintage audio equipment.
Ordered a Goldring replacement stylus. Got it in timely fashion and it works great. I wasn't sure it had shipped (AI silliness) but one email later and i got the tracking number. I’ll be back
Just to start, I'm giving this belt a three-stars only because it works on my vintage turntable. Thing is that when I purchased this turntable in the mid-70s, new, the original belt lasted like ~ 10 years or so, without replacement. So, like most everyone, I moved on to CDs (mostly). Now, I'm attempting to use my record player again and the first two drive belts that I purchased this year only lasted a couple of months, each, before the belts lost elasticity and failed. This item seems to be much thicker than the other two belts that I've installed thus far. Hopefully this belt will last a long time, as it cost considerably more than the first two.
Unfortunately, the stylist recommended did not fit my Shure RXP3 cartridge. I am glad the company is accepting it back, but I’m not excited that I have to pay for the shipping.
I’d recently replaced the Shure stylus in my Rowe1-5 with a Swiss brand and it immediately had issues , though it seemed to fit correctly.
Read LP Tunes description of this DJ Master Class stylus and decided to try it. Installed effortlessly and works perfectly . Packaged securely and shipped quickly. Glad that I purchased as a pair, it’s listed as a total run of less than 300 units.
My juke and I are very pleased. Thanks !
Apart from taking a long time to arrive (23 days into Australia). I finally installed the new replacement belt, and it works perfectly
