The Spirit of JICO Styli

Posted by LP Tunes on

Have you ever wondered how JICO creates their styli? This video shows you how intricate it is to make each and every stylus.

Each stylus is handmade. There are different employees to assemble the tip, cantilever, rubber damper, and knob. A lot of styli may have a simple design on the outside, but they have complex internal structures.

Each stylus goes through a complete inspection of all components before it's shipped out. They test each individual stylus to make sure sound signals are faithfully reproduced using an oscilloscope and with their ears.

JICO takes pride in having the skills to produce an exceptional product!

Replacement Stylus For My Jukebox

At the recommendation of my jukebox tech, he said to buy this stylus. He has been fixing jukeboxes for over 45 years so, I trust him. I give this product a 5 star rating.

Fixed my problem

My Beogram RX2 demonstrated a slight “wobble” playing a choral Christmas album. This is a 1987 B&O without a new belt ever. This belt replacement way WAY easier that the YouTubers said…and it fixed my complaint. Thank you.

Worth it!

I’m fairly new to record players and vinyl, so this is my first time buying a replacement needle for my record player. I didn’t want to cheap out on something important like this, so when I found this website I was excited to find a needle for my exact record player. I’m very pleased with it and it came well packaged, and things are sounding nice and crisp again. Thanks!
