Black Tranquility Belt

I bought this Black Tranquility belt to replace an original, stock belt on my VPI HW-19 Mk. IV. Over the decades, that belt had grown slack, elongated, and slightly loose.
The new belt fits much better and tighter. The platter speed seems slightly faster and much more even and consistent.
Also, I had noticed with the old belt, the platter would continue turning for quite a while after the motor was turned off. With the new belt it stops after two revolutions.
All in all, the new belt makes my turntable sound more confident, cleaner, and more controlled.

This is for a turntable originally introduced in 1980 that I have resurrected. Shipping was quick and belt fit perfectly.
