I needed a replacement for a Kenwood N-67BL stylus. Other store websites were offering replacement styluses, but it was not clear if they were replacements for a N-67BL. I will admit to being somewhat disappointed when I opened the box and found a plain black stylus instead of the cool looking see-through candy colored stylus pictured. I understand that they covered themselves with the "color of the stylus varies" statement, but I guess I assumed it would be an actual color, rather than black. Aesthetics aside, delivery was on time, actually sooner than I expected, it was well packaged, and sounds great, so the important things were on the money. I deducted 1 star for the color thing--maybe that's being picky, but it's how I feel. But as I said, service, delivery, and product quality were on point.
