STYLUS FOR STANTON L837S CARTRIDGE

The replacement for the Stanton D83S needle stylus is used with the Stanton L837S phono cartridge. The stylus features a highly polished Vivid Line diamond bonded to a thin-wall Zualum tube cantilever for natural sound quality and superior tracing of record grooves. It results in superb accuracy, faithful reproduction of recorded voice, music, superior musicality and harmonically celestial detail.

Very nice stylus...frustrating pricing.

I'm a big fan of the CFN95SE...it's a significant upgrade of the stuck AT-LP120 stylus, and the latest one I received sounded broken-in straight out of the box.

Unfortunately, it was also significantly more expensive than the last one I'd bought just nine months ago, which was $49.99. A 20% price hike in such short a time is pretty extreme. Five stars for the stylus...one star for that price hike!

Great cartridge!

The solid low end was a surprise! I generally feel 2 gram tracking force is a bit high but am going with it as specified. I do a lot of LP to digital conversions and this cartridge tracks well on older worn LPs with little inner grove distortion. I did do a realignment as the cartridge/headshell as received was a bit off. The sound is unremarkable which is to say neutral which is a pleasant change from cartridges I’ve used in the past! Overall a great performer especially at this price point. Definitely recommended!
