STYLUS FOR STANTON 981 CARTRIDGE

The replacement for the Stanton D98S needle stylus is used with the Stanton 981 phono cartridge. The stylus features a highly polished Vivid Line diamond bonded to a thin-wall Zualum tube cantilever for natural sound quality and superior tracing of record grooves. It results in superb fidelity and faithful reproduction of recorded voice, music and harmonic detail.

I purchased this stylus to go with my Pickering XLZ-4500s, it fit just right giving the Pickering a slightly different look, it produced the proper volume with great detail, fullness and depth. I believe it closely matches the original Pickering stylus sound signature. I’m quite happy with it.

Good experience with LP Tunes

I needed a replacement for a Kenwood N-67BL stylus. Other store websites were offering replacement styluses, but it was not clear if they were replacements for a N-67BL. The LP Tunes item was clearly labeled for what it is intended to do, and it fits perfectly. I want to also comment on the great customer service by LP TUNES in how they handled a return and exchange, for a separate purchase.

Empire S44E Stylus

I will admit to being somewhat disappointed when I opened the box and found a plain black stylus instead of the cool looking see-through candy colored stylus pictured. I understand that they covered themselves with the "color of the stylus varies" statement, but I guess I assumed it would be an actual color, rather than black. Aesthetics aside, delivery was on time, actually sooner than I expected, it was well packaged, and sounds great, so the important things were on the money. I deducted 1 star for the color thing--maybe that's being picky, but it's how I feel. But as I said, service, delivery, and product quality were on point.
