STYLUS FOR STANTON 881 MKII-S CARTRIDGE

The replacement for the Stanton D81 II-S needle stylus is used with the Stanton 881 MKII-S phono cartridge. The stylus features a highly polished Shibata diamond bonded to a thin-wall Zualum tube cantilever for natural sound quality and superior tracing of record grooves. It results in superb accuracy and faithful reproduction of recorded voice, music and harmonic detail.

Special Notes
(1) The cartridge needs to be aligned and set-up properly using an alignment protractor. Due to its special ability to reveal detail, if the cartridge is improperly aligned, you will hear distortion.

(2) We recommend that you detach the supplied brush. It's easier to align and optimize and it delivers better sound quality.

So happens, I ended up not needing the stylus. I learned the problem I had was with the tonearm on my Technics 1200 turntable and not the stylus. But you issued me a return authorization number, and I have already received my credit refund. So thanks for the prompt and excellent service. JDG

Good experience with LP Tunes

I needed a replacement for a Kenwood N-67BL stylus. Other store websites were offering replacement styluses, but it was not clear if they were replacements for a N-67BL. The LP Tunes item was clearly labeled for what it is intended to do, and it fits perfectly.
