The stylus for the Empire EXL-20 EXL20 phono cartridge features a highly polished special elliptical diamond with a .0003 x .0007 inch scanning radii mounted on a thin-wall alloy tube. It offers excellent tracing characteristics, natural tonal balance and very accurate reproduction of voice and music.

The problem solver

A used turntable was given to me for free. I found out that the pitch adjuster was off and I suspected a loose belt. I've put a new one from LPtune, everything fitted perfectly and the thing played like new again out of the box !
