I am restoring a 1983 Sony PS-LX22 turntable and was looking for a reliable and knowledgeable source for a replacement stylus. This Sony model has a head shell that's really hard to find so getting a good cartridge to fit on the one i had was very important. I looked no further than LP Tunes as they really know what they're doing when it comes to matching the right stylus / cartridge to an older head shell. Always happy with them.
My SME 3009 tone arm and V15 III cartridge are 45 years old and obviously needed some help. After considering a completely new cartridge, I decided to replace just the stylus with a Jico VN-35HE. WOW!!! I couldn’t believe how my old vinyl came to life. The instruments now sound as if they are playing live in my living room.
The service from LP Tunes was terrific! My order arrived a day earlier than originally scheduled.

I ordered the wrong stylus from LPTUNES. It was my fault but LPTUNES sent me RMA to return it. They sent the right one and credited me the difference. I can only say THANK YOU A++++++++ on everything. There are the best company I have seen. A++++++
