i had notified customer service on a weekend, letting them know that i had received what i thought might me a defective product. ( grado gold t4p ). they answered that sunday, and by wednesday they furnished me witha pre-paid return label. they notified me within a week , informing me that indeed, the cartridge was defective and would i like a replacement or a refund. i opted for an exact replacement. a day later, they told me that my version was out of stock and would i like an upgraded grado gold . sure i said, and in three days i received a new cartridge which performs flawlessly. the sound is really exquisite. but, my reason for this long-winde review is to let folks know that lp tunes customer service was second to none. they pais attention, and they treated the customer right. you can't ask for more from a distributor. i would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. highly recommended.
