The LP Tunes replacement for the Kenwood N-48E N48E needle stylus features an elliptical diamond for superior tracing of record grooves. It results in very high musical accuracy, better tonal balance and harmonically complete sound quality. The stylus is made in Japan.

Nice Increase in Detail

I got this elliptical stylus to replace the N-48 conical stylus on a Kenwood KD-2000 turntable that someone had given me for helping them set up a sound system. I replaced the belt and got a Fosi Audio Box X2 tube-type pre-amp off Amazon. This stylus definitely picks up more of the nuance and detail in the music, and the setup makes my albums sound fantastic through headphones. I’m very happy with this even though it ended up costing me about $90 Canadian after converting the purchase price, shipping and duty to CAD funds.
