REPLACEMENT FOR ADC RSZ STYLUS

The replacement for the ADC RSZ stylus is used with the ADC ZLM phono cartridge. It is also used to upgrade the sound quality and performance of other ADC cartridges within the same series. The stylus features a highly polished Shibata diamond bonded to a thin-wall Zualum tube cantilever for natural sound quality and superior tracing of record grooves. It results in superb accuracy, faithful reproduction of recorded voice, music, superior musicality and harmonically celestial detail. The stylus is made in Japan.

ADC RSZ STYLUS

I had the opportunity to compare this Shibata replacement stylus back to back with a lightly used OEM XLM mkiii elliptical stylus.
TT used - Micro Seiki BL-51
Tonearm - Grace G-707 Mikita
Cartridge - ADC XLM MKIII
VTF - 1gm

Very happy with this replacement stylus. At first, I could not separate the performance of each stylus. Both are very detailed and musical. Easy listening for a wide range of music. The replacement stylus was a touch less tight with bass but this would probably improve with more use I would suggest.
Tracking seemed perfect with no setting changes required between OEM to RSZ swaps.
I think LP TUNES have sourced a very capable replacement stylus for a legendary MM cartridge. Well worth the cost👍

Wrong Needle

I received the stylus in a timely manner. But it turned out to be the incorrect stylus. This turned out to be my fault because I did not research the type of cartridge that was on my turntable.

Fantastic Cartridge at an affordable price!

I was using the cartridge that came with my turntable which was an Audio Technica lower end cartridge. It sounded pretty good but it came to replace it. I wanted something that wasn't going to be too pricey as the turntable that I was replacing the cartridge on is a Crosley C200 which is a low end turntable. I came across LP tunes and found this replacement cartridge. I figured the price is right and it's not as cheap (you get what you pay for) as the cartridge the Crosley C200 came with. WOW and WOW!! what a major difference. So the replacement cartridge (if I was to get the exact same one that the Crosley C200 came with) is $22 bucks and for $20 more I got the LP CF3600LE and man I couldn't be happier! This sounds WAY better than what came with the turntable, and I didn't have to pay over a $100 to replace a cartridge for a lower end turntable. I can hear more detailed sounds now. I have higher end turntables and when it's time to replace the cartridge, I'm gonna order from LP Tunes. I couldn't be happier.
