The LP Tunes S912E stylus for the Empire 1000 SE/X phono cartridge features a highly polished special elliptical diamond with a .0003 x .0007 inch scanning radii mounted on a thin-wall alloy tube cantilever for exceptional fidelity to the grooves. It offers excellent tracing characteristics, natural tonal balance and very accurate reproduction of voice and music.
Replaced my 20+ yrs old Goldring phono cartridge w the same model and I can hear a vast improvement in overall sound quality from the new phono cartridge.

I’m not even going into details about how much money (thousands) I’ve spent on different phono cartridges with exotic stylus. Comparatively, the Carbon Fidelity CFN3600LE Stylus is an incredible bargain. Tracks very well, low surface noise, zero IGD and best of all sounds terrific. You really can’t go wrong!
