One of the two Grado headphones that have gained legendary status, the SR125 have received rave reviews from around the world and are one of the most commonly recommended headphones in the market today. The SR125 received the Stereophile Product of the Year award in two categories: "The Accessory of the Year" and the prestigious "Budget Component of the Year."

The SR125 feature an improved diaphragm and voice coil design and UHPLC (Ultra-high purity, long crystal) copper voice coil wire. The diaphragms are put through a special 'de-stressing' process in order to enhance inner detail. An improved headband spring provides even greater comfort allowing the listener to relax and enjoy the fine tonal spread and balance. Bass, midrange and treble are all more open.

The SR125 offer natural sound quality with abundant detail, clarity, and well defined bass. They sound excellent with portables and inexpensive home audio electronics. For use with sources that require a minijack (computer, portables, etc.), you will need a 1/4 inch to mini adapter. This is not included in the package.
