STYLUS FOR FISHER MT-223 MT 223 MT223 TURNTABLE

The Fisher MT-223 MT 223 MT223 turntable was fitted with a Fisher MG-67D MG67D phono cartridge and a Fisher ST-67D ST67D needle stylus. A photo of the stylus replacement is supplied above. The color of the stylus varies. Please verify and use this as a guide only since the cartridge and stylus may have been changed through the years.

If the stylus above differs from what you have, then it means you no longer have the fitted cartridge. For us to assist you further, we need the cartridge brand and model number. This info is usually inscribed on the cartridge and stylus.

An exclusive product from LP Tunes, this Nude stylus upgrade for the ST66D stylus offers more clarity, detail, and nuance beyond bonded styli. It allows the earnest listener to discover and enjoy more music.

The Nude Schwarz stylus (NSS) raises the bar in stylus performance. For over half a century, the traditional way to craft a stylus, which carries on still today, is to bond the stylus tip to a crown (metal shank) that in turn is bonded to the cantilever. The additional mass, and a different material element in between the diamond tip and cantilever, cause some loss of nuance in transmitting groove modulation from the tip to the cantilever. With the Schwarz edition, a nude diamond stylus (a whole diamond) is inserted, fastened and/or glued directly to the cantilever - banishing the need for the crown (metal shank).

Thus, you can hear higher fidelity and exhilarating sound quality in every NSS stylus that you install in your cartridge! The unencumbered polycrystalline diamond tip (for toughness and longer-playing life) directly traces the grooves for optimal retrieval of record groove modulation.
