JICO HYPERELLIPTICAL REPLACEMENT FOR SHURE N110HE STYLUS

Made in Japan by Jico, this N110HE stylus is designed as direct stylus replacement for the Shure M110HE cartridge and also as an upgrade stylus for Shure M104E, M99E, M94E, M92E phono cartridges and their private label versions. The stylus features a highly polished Hyperelliptical diamond tip bonded to a tubular aluminum alloy thin-wall cantilever. It offers superior tracing of record grooves and elevates musical performance and harmonic sound quality to a very high level of detail, air, realism, and fidelity. The stylus is highly recommended for use when exquisite sound reproduction for listening and recording is the goal of the end-user.

The Super Analogue Stylus (SAS) N97HE stylus elevates the above phono cartridges to their pinnacle performance and sound quality. SAS stylus tips are produced using a natural octahedral single-crystal diamond with the most advanced electronic engineering technology. The cantilever is made of special aluminum alloy tube and boron for extremely efficient transmission of vibrations. Rare earth metals with excellent electromagnetic conductivity compose the magnet for the stylus.

1. Compatible with wider and deeper grooves (Micro Groove).
The diamond tip consists of a meticulously selected natural single-crystal octahedron. Precision work on the crystal allows for a wide range of grooves. The Super Analogue Stylus can safely be used on recent records which tend to have deeper grooves and with 30-280 micron grooves opposed to the simple conventional 30-80 micron.

2. Ultra-precision thinness and configuration results in supreme sound reproduction.
The stylus tip is of optimum height and a uniformly ultra-precision finish. The Super Analogue Stylus has a curvature with a smaller radius that was impossible with the Micro Ridge Stylus. As thin as a razor blade and machined with ultra precision, the stylus tip ensures unsurpassed fidelity.

JICO NUDE ELLIPTICAL VN35EBN UPGRADE STYLUS REPLACEMENT FOR SHURE VN35E VN35HE STYLUS
- The "BASIE” replacement needle “VN35EB” has been replaced by the “VN35EBN” which now uses a Nude Elliptical diamond tip.

Nude tips are different from ordinary tips in that the whole tip is made of diamond. The new JICO Nude tips are made at the same angle and roundness to the shape as the regular Elliptical tips, but the diameter in size is similar to the SAS series.

We have found the Nude stylus to perform noticeably better than its bonded elliptical version. It sound more detailed, dynamic and more defined.

JICO MICRORIDGE VN35MRB II REPLACEMENT FOR SHURE VN35E VN35HE STYLUS

The JICO VN35MRB II features a nude microridge (MR) tip with a high quality aluminum cantiever. This was made to match the quality of the original Shure VN35MR stylus. The recommended tracking pressure is 0.75 ~ 1.25 grams.

SAS Tip
The tip of the Super Analog Stylus is carefully chosen from single-crystal natural diamonds. The laser-cut diamond closely resembles that of the cutting stylus used on a cutting lathe to produce the acetate master disks used in vinyl production. This allows the SAS tip to extract from the contours and recesses of the record groove details which were previously missed by other stylus profiles. Due to its wide contact area with the groove wall, the SAS can reproduce a more expansive bandwidth of information with higher fidelity. Tracking force: 1.25 ± 0.25g.

Cantilever
The four facets of SAS/R’s crystalline ruby cantilever taper toward the diamond tip. This tapered ruby cantilever design allows for lower moving mass, giving the SAS/R even greater ability reproduce vibrations in the record groove with precision, accuracy, speed, and fidelity.

VN45HE JICO SAS ZIRCONIA HG (HIGH GRADE) UPGRADE STYLUS REPLACEMENT FOR SHURE VN45HE STYLUS

In the process of developing the "SETO-HORI" ceramic cartridge, which was launched in 2018, JICO found that material hardness is an important factor for determining sound quality. When researching for applicable materials, JICO finally decided on Zirconia. Since the mass of zirconia is larger than that of other materials often used as cantilevers, such as boron, JICO first reduced the mass by processing the cantilever into a hollow pipe shape. Moreover, they succeeded in suppressing split resonance and reducing the effective mass as seen from the tip of the stylus by covering the joint pipe to the middle of the surface of the cantilever. This covering also makes the cantilever close to tapered shape which is ideal.

As a result, JICO ultimately created the clear and precise sound, which was totally different from the preceding other cantilevers’ lineup (aluminum, boron, sapphire, and ruby). This was the sound JICO was seeking. It is available in very limited stock. Please take this unique opportunity to enjoy.
