The ATN-122LP ATN122LP needle stylus for the Audio-Technica 40LC/U 40LCU phono cartridge features a Vivid Line contact diamond with a r/R radii of 6/75 m. It is bonded to a hollow thin-wall metal alloy tube for superior tracing characteristics thus resulting in exquisite and natural sound quality reproduction of voice, music and harmonics that makes you want to play records on and on.

I had bought the needed stylus off a different website who ended up stealing my debit card info and running up a bunch of charges and never shipped the stylus. N55E Improved Nude JICO replacement Shure N55E IMPROVED stylus

WOW!!!

Just got my Jico N55 E improved nude stylus for my Shure M44 series cartridge, installed in a 1962 Empire 398 "Troubadour" turntable. I have many styli for this cartridge, both conicals and ellipticals, all aftermarket. Some are better than others but NONE OF THEM SOUND EVEN CLOSE to this one! I had one of Jico's original N55E bonded styli that finally wore out so I ordered this one. Again. WOW! The clarity, definition and punch are unbelievable. Best I've ever heard a Shure M44 sound. BRAVO, Jico!!

It was the phono cartridge for the player. I wanted something lighter than the shure cartridge I had. Don’t get me wrong I kept the shure V15 cartridge for those stubborn records.
