JICO neoSAS/S EPS24CS FOR PANASONIC TECHNICS EPS-24CS EPS24CS NEEDLE STYLUS

The neoSAS/S Super Analogue Stylus replacement for the Panasonic EPS-24CS EPS24CS EPS 24CS needle stylus is compatible with the Panasonic Technics EPC-22CS EPC-23CS EPC-24CS EPC-25CS EPC-27CS EPC-28CS EPC-51 EPC-53CS EPC-202 phono cartridges.

The neoSAS/S styli enhance phono cartridges to apex performance and sound quality. The SAS diamond tips are laser cut to closely resemble a cutting stylus which are used to create master discs used in vinyl production. This allows the SAS tip to reach into all of the recesses of the record grooves which are inaccessible to other shaped styli. The neoSAS/S replaces the previous SAS boron cantilever with a crystalline sapphire cantilever. A magnet composed of rare earth metals with superior electromagnetic conductivity is attached to the stylus for maximum performance from the single point tension wire.

Easily the best stylus of this type that I have used.

Despite the relatively high price point, I highly recommend this stylus.
In particular I notice crisp, well-defined highs and less sibilance than with any other stylus of this type that I have used.
The only real negative I can find is that if there are any flaws on the record such as scratches, they likewise tend to be more pronounced with this stylus.
Overall, though, if you have the appropriate cartridge for this stylus I could not recommend it more highly.

Jico Neo SAS for Technics Epc-202C

I already have the original SAS for the 202 end sounds good, but the Neo sounds much better. The lows seem to extend further and with better definition, the mids are warmer but again have better definition and the highs are clearer and more accurate. I can now hear the resonance of the sound box as well as the strings on Stringed instruments, saxes sound fat and warm, cymbals sound real not hiss and bright. The Neo really suits my system. I was worried the Neo would be brighter than the original, but it sounds more real, like the music is being played in the room not coming out of a stereo.

J
Stylus for Pickering V-15/ATE-3 cartridge
James Whitaker (Honolulu, US)
The exact right stylus

I needed a stylus for a vintage Pickering. Perfect fit, great performance. Yeah for durable goods!

Had the needle for my 35yr old phonograph. Amazing thank you.

Sounds great, with a caveat...

As the title suggests, this stylus sounds very good. But it is lacking in the very highest registers (tinkling sleighbells, watch chimes, etc). Until it is inserted into a 66 series or one of its many clones, then that upper register comes alive. Empire made 2000s with at least 2 different electrical specs, those around 500 ohms impedance, and those around 1000 ohms. The 1000 ohms models suffer high treble loss, while the lower inductance/impedance models do not.

ORTOFON DUAL DN-150E STYLUS

search for genuine ORTOFON replacement easy, order/payment a breeze, shipped quick and arrived on time. went with a genuine ORTOFON for my vintage dual changer . Just acquired a beautiful restored yamaha cr-1020 receiver; system sounded like crap so I rewired the speakers (stacked large advents). big improvement but then the highs were thin scratchy and poorly defined, hence the new stylus. now it's starting to really sound like something. i'll give you a detailed review of the stylus after I've listened to more of the records. they all sound different now.

So far so good

Just got it and it sounds really nice.

Mom’s old cartridge is alive!!

I wanted to restore my mom’s old Shure RXT-4 (Radio Shack version of the M97ED) and this stylus is just perfect!! I never imagined how beautiful this cartridge with this stylus could sound! Warm mellow melodies for Jazz and Classical! Very well balanced!! Love it! I pair it with my Technics SL-1200Mk2 and SL-D2

very satisified

received the belt fairly quickly and it fit great and the turntable works great now.....thank you very much
